How to order
No sign-up and no checkout maze. Just a friendly chat and a parcel at your door.
Pick your pieces
Browse the shop and tap Order on WhatsApp beside anything you like. The product name is filled in for you.
We confirm
We reply with stock, courier cost to your town and the total. Most replies come within a few hours, Monday to Saturday.
You pay
Pay by EFT, or we send a secure PayFast link for card payments. Your order ships once payment reflects.
We wrap and send
Everything is wrapped in paper and twine, then handed to the courier. You get a tracking number on WhatsApp.
Payment
EFT to our business account (details sent on WhatsApp) or card through a PayFast link. We do not take cash or card details over chat.
Delivery
Door-to-door courier from R75 to major centres, Postnet-to-Postnet from R65, or collect at a Pudo locker from R55. Free delivery on orders over R800. Typical delivery is 2 to 4 working days.
Local pickup
In Somerset West? Collect from the studio during opening hours, or at the Saturday market, and skip the courier fee.
Returns
Something arrived damaged? Send a photo within 7 days and we replace it. Soaps and candles cannot be returned once opened. Other items can be returned unused within 14 days, and you cover the courier cost.
